As a division of Oak Bay Marine Group, we offer our annual moorage customers exclusive access to all 4 of our Island Marinas! Ask us about our Reciprocal Moorage Program and enjoy 4 marinas for the price of one.
North Saanich Marina welcomes both annual and visiting moorage year-round at our docks. We can accommodate moorage for vessels up to 70 feet, with water, 15, 30, or 50 amp power and lots of free parking for your vehicle. Daily moorage is $2.05 per foot. 29′ and under : $17.10 per foot / per month
30′ – 35′ : $19.75 per foot / per month
36′ – 39′ : $21.00 per foot / per month
40′ – 44′ : $21.75 per foot / per month
45′ – 49′ : $22.75 per foot / per month
50′ – 55′ : $24.25 per foot / per month
56′ – 59′ : $25.00 per foot / per month
60’ and over : $29.75 per foot / per month
Annual Moorage Rates:
29’ and under : $12.50 per foot / per month
30′ – 35′ : $14.50 per foot / per month
36′ – 39′ : $15.40 per foot / per month
40′ – 44′ : $16.00 per foot / per month
45′ – 49′ : $16.75 per foot / per month
50′ – 55′ : $17.75 per foot / per month
56′ – 59′ : $18.25 per foot / per month
60′ and over : $19.00 per foot / per month
Annual Boathouse Rate:
$12.96 per square foot/year

Moorage payments made by credit card will incur a 1% + G.S.T. processing fee.*
*paying your moorage by debit/EFT/cheque will not have a processing fee.
